DL E&C has been selected as the construction company for the Busan 'Shokmin District 3 Housing Redevelopment Maintenance Project'. The Busan Citizens Park Promotion 3 District Housing Redevelopment Maintenance Business Association finally selected DL E&C as a construction company at the construction company selection general meeting held on the 6th.

Promotion District 3, located in Beomjeon-dong, Jin-gu, Busan, was designated as ‘Special Building District No. 1’ by Busan City in 2020. Busan Citizens Park, the largest park in Busan, is located right next to the project site, and it is expected to stand tall as a landmark complex representing the region as well as the entire Busan in the future. The total construction amount is 1,607.3 billion won, and DL E&C is exclusively constructed.

Acro Laroche presents unrivaled design and design with the goal of becoming a top-notch landmark complex representing Busan. To this end, it plans to collaborate with the world-renowned architectural design group 'smdp', which also participated in the design of Acro Seoul Forest, and the landscape design group 'swa', which has a number of super-large projects such as Burj Khalifa and Disneyland.

The promotion zone 3 is the largest project in the country among urban maintenance businesses selected as a construction company in the second half of this year. Through this order, DL E&C has achieved a cumulative order amount of KRW 4,231.7 billion in urban maintenance and remodeling business this year. This is the highest record ever, exceeding the 3.3848 trillion won achieved in 2016. In addition, as additional orders are scheduled within this year, including Seongnam Shinheung District 1, which was selected as the preferred bidder, the cumulative order amount is expected to increase further.
