DL E&C’s Housing Biz Division obtained the construction right of the Bukgajwa District 6 Housing Reconstruction and Maintenance Project on August 28. The project involves constructing 1,970 apartment units (5 floors underground, 29 floors aboveground) and auxiliary welfare facilities at 372-1, Bukgajwa-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. The contract amount is KRW 535.1 billion (VAT-exclusive).   
 

The project site is located within 10m walking distance from Bukgajwa Elementary School and Middle and High School, so the educational environment is excellent. As a station district close to Digital Media City Station, the transportation environment is also outstanding. The project is slated to commence in March 2024 and is expected to be completed in January 2017.
