Daelim Selected as Preferred Bidder of Uiwang Gocheon A2BL and Hwaseong Dongtan A53BL

Daelim Construction’s Biz Division was selected as the preferred bidder of the Uiwang Gocheon A2BL and Hwaseong Dongtan A53BL integrated private sector-participating APT construction project ordered by LH on Aug. 24. The project was ordered as a package of the Newly Weds’ hopeful housing A2BL and rental housing for small and medium business workers A53BL. The contract amount is KRW 220.4 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim’s stake is 51%.

The Uiwang Gocheon A2BL, the first-ever Newly Weds’ hopeful housing project of LH-private participation public housing construction, is planned in Gocheon-dong, Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do. 580 units and 290 rental apartment units, for a total of 870 units in 8 buildings with 2 floors underground and 20 floors aboveground at the 3877㎡ site, and auxiliary welfare facilities will be constructed. Construction period is 24 months from March 2021 to February 2023.
