Daelim Wins the Busan Eco Delta City APT Project

Daelim’s Construction Division was selected as a preferred bidder of the Busan Eco Delta City APT 19BL Project ordered by Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC) on August 19. The Eco Delta City is a new town jointly promoted by K-Water and BMC and will be shaped as a smart city where various innovative services are provided. The project involves building apartments of Busan Eco Delta, an eco-friendly ecological city to be located around Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan. 956 units of apartments in 15 buildings with 1 floor underground and 19 floors aboveground and auxiliary welfare facilities in the 19BL District of Delta City will be built on the 53,754㎡ site. The contract amount is KRW 195.9 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim has a 50% stake. The construction period is 29 months from Aug. 2021 to Dec. 2023.
