Daelim Selected as Preferred Bidder for Hwaseong Dongtan 2 A 94 Block

Daelim’s Housing Biz Division was selected on June 15 as the preferred bidder of the BTO public housing project of Hwaseong Dongtan 2 A94 Block ordered by Gyeongi Urban Innovation Corporation. The A94 Block is an apartment complex sold after 100% process rate, consisting of 1,227 APT units (903 units with area of 60~85㎡ and 324 units with area of more than 85㎡ in the 8,2781㎡ site). The project is slated to kick off in February 2021.
