Daelim Wins Jeju Tamla Reconstruction Project

Daelim’s Housing Biz Division won the KRW 55.3 billion (VAT-exclusive) Jeju Tamla Reconstruction project on February 29. The project involves constructing 201 units of an apartment complex consisting of 2 buildings with 3 floors underground and 15 floors aboveground at 265 and 267, Yeon-dong, Jeju City, a district hailed as a new Jeju city center. Access to the old city center of Jeju is easy using excellent broad area transportation network (Noyeon-ro, Doryeong-ro, 1100-ro). The construction will kick off in September 2021, and it is slated to be completed in August 2023.
