Newcomer Safety Training for 2020
The newcomers experience a safety-handrail collapsing situation.
Daelim’s new employees received safety training at the Daelim Safety Experience School in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do for two days on Jan. 16 and 17. The newcomers experienced falling and collapsing situations at worksites in 19 training facilities and had time to practice wearing various kinds of safety equipment including safety belts, safety helmets, safety shoes, and descending life lines. They fostered capabilities to cope with a crisis by learning rescue and first aid methods in a variety of accident situations.

The safety training has been prepared to promote the safety awareness of the newcomers who are scheduled to receive on-the-job training and to improve competence to cope with a crisis in various accident situations. Those who completed the safety training will be assigned to construction sites after fostering understanding of the construction business and sites nationwide.
