Daelim held the declaration ceremony of the code of ethics at the head office in Susong-dong, Jongro-gu, Seoul on Oct. 18. The declaration ceremony was held to let the executives and employees empathize with the fact that social responsibility and integrity are essential conditions for the company’s growth development and pledge their willingness to practice the code of ethics. The management including CEO Bae Won-bok and the chairman and committee members of the One Forest Council attended the ceremony. Executives and employees including CEO Bae read the code of ethics aloud and expressed determination to practice the code of ethics. 
The guidelines to practice the code of ethics and the declaration of ethical management were distributed that day. The new guidelines have revised the existing code of ethics to make it more readable and specific. Since June this year, the executives and employees of each business division and One Forest Committee members have attended the revision. “We should work according to the basics and principles to grow and thrive as a global company. Above all, executives need to enhance the ethical norm standards, and they should never compromise. I will abide by the standards and principles as a spearhead. I ask for your cooperation and participation as well,” CEO Bae said to the employees during the declaration ceremony.
