Two-Day, One-Night Healing Camp with Children
The employees and their children participate in the first-phase healing camp
The One Forest Council held the “2010 Healing Camp with Children” for two days on Aug. 31 and Sep. 1 at a glampsite in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, and 23 families selected through a drawing of lots participated in the event. The healing camp will be held in the first and second phases, with the second phase scheduled to be held on Sep. 27 ~ 28.
Barbecue was offered for dinner.
Many field workers took part in the healing camp, because they could not spend as much time with their children since they are busy with work. In the healing camp, an activity of making ceramic mugs was held, and the participants spent one night in a caravan (camping car) instead of a tent to allow the fathers and their children to bond. The children made special memories while dabbling in water, making ceramics, and watching the fireworks display together with their fathers.
