Daelim bagged the Gyeonggi-do Hwaseong-si Dongtan New Town 2 Sports Park contract on June 20. The contract amount is KRW 119.4 billion (VAT excluded), and Daelim will perform the project alone. This project involves constructing a large-scale family sports park mall including swimming pool, water park facilities, and bowling alley in block 1 (sports facility site) with 4 floors underground and 8 floors aboveground (total floor area of 27,775 pyeong). Construction is slated to start in July 2019 and will be completed in December 2021.
