Daelim won the Daejeon Samseong District 4 Redevelopment and Maintenance Project on June 22. This project involves building 1,466 APT units with 3 floors underground and 29 floors aboveground at 80-100, Samseong-dong, Dong-gu, Daejeon City. The contract amount is KRW 285.7 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim will perform the project alone.
The construction site is about 10 minutes away from Daejeon Station, and people can conveniently use KTX and subway line No. 1, so the transportation infrastructure is good. The project is expected to kick off in Nov. 2012 and will be completed in Apr. 2024.
