Daelim bagged the Cheonho District 3 Housing Reconstruction Project on May 29. The contract amount is KRW 120.5 billion (VAT-exclusive), and Daelim will perform the construction alone. By winning this project, Daelim has recorded KRW 600 billion worth of orders in the redevelopment and reconstruction field in just five months this year.

This project involves building an apartment complex with 535 APT units in 3 floors underground and 25 floors aboveground at 423-76, Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul. The construction is slated to kick off in March 2012 and will be completed in August 2023. The construction site is near Cheonho Subway Station (Line Nos. 5 and 8), and the living infrastructure is ideal since Cheonho-dong Rodeo Street (a central commercial area), Han River Park, and Cheonho Park are located in the vicinity.
