Daelim Obtains Use Approval for Hanam Knowledge Industry Center 2
The completed Testa Tower with 4 floors underground and 10 floors aboveground
Hanam Knowledge Industry Center 2 obtained use approval from the mayor of Hanam on May 23. The center, located at 5-1, 2BL, Hanam Misa Housing Development District, houses the knowledge industry center, business facilities, and neighbor living facilities in a building with 4 floors underground and 10 floors aboveground (total floor area of 165,153㎡).
The second Knowledge Industry Center completed by Daelim in Hanam Misa District
The Hanam Knowledge Industry Center 2 is the second one following the first center (Misa Centum Biz) in Hanam Misa District. The project kicked off in March 2017, and it was completed safely within 26 months.
