Daelim Bags Ilsan Station Commercial and Residential Complex Building Project
The 49-story high-rise buildings are expected to be a landmark of Goyang City
Daelim bagged the Ilsan Station Commercial and Residential Complex building construction project on December 19, 2018. The client is DH Development, and the contract amount is KRW 204.5 billion (VAT-exclusive). Daelim will construct the buildings alone.
The construction site is around 621-1, Ilsan-dong, Goyang city, Gyeonggi-do. A total of 4 buildings with 4 floors underground and 49 floors aboveground, which can accommodate 777 households, will be built. Construction will be commenced in March 2019 and is slated to be completed in August 2022.
