Daelim Wins Noryangjin District 8 Re-development Project

Daelim won the Noryangjin Re-maintenance Promotion District 8 Housing Re-development project on December 29, 2018. This project involves re-developing around 44-1, Daebang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul. Daelim will build 1007 units of apartments in 11 buildings with 3 floors underground and 29 floors aboveground after demolishing the aged housing. The total contract amount is KRW 233.2 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim will carry out this project alone.

Located 7 mins away from Subway Line 1 Daebang Station, 10 minutes away from Subway Lines 1 and 9 transfer station Noryangjin Station, and 10 minutes away from Subway Line 7 Jangseungbaegi Station on foot, the project site boasts of an excellent transportation environment. Its location is also promising since elementary, middle, and high schools are located around the site.
