Daelim’s efforts for the global competitiveness enhancement and R&D vitalization of the construction industry were highly rated, despite the construction technology R&D’s characteristics of requiring large-scale budget and taking a long time.

In the good practices presentations, Kim Dong-jin, Deputy Division Manager of the Special Bridge Team at Daelim Technology Research & Development Institute, presented the “Concrete Structure’s Non-hardening Construction using General Concrete Self-compaction Technology.” Kim Min-ki, section chief of the Smart/Eco Team, presented the “BIM-based Optimal Design Program for Feed Water Line.” Each received the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology President’s Prize.
