Daelim won the Housing Redevelopment Maintenance Project in Seogeumsa Promotion Zone 5, Busan. The project involves constructing 4,568 units of apartments in 26 buildings with 5 floors underground and 49 floors aboveground at 557-16, Seo-dong, Geumjeong-gu, Busan.

The total contract amount is KRW 879.7 billion (VAT exclusive). Daelim (35% stake, KRW 307.9 billion) and Korea Development Corporation (15% stake) will participate in the project through a consortium. The construction is slated to kick off in Oct. 2022 and to be completed in April 2026.
