Daelim was selected as implementation designer of the construction for the Songsan Green City-Sihwa Multi-Techno Valley Connection Road ordered by K-water on October 30. The contract amount is KRW 165.6 billion (VAT-exclusive), and Daelim’s stake is 51% (KRW 84.5 billion).

The project involves building roads as well as a bridge to connect Songsan Green City in Hwaseong City and Sihwa Multi-Techno Valley in Ansan City, Gyeonggi Province, which are separated by Lake Sihwa. Daelim takes charge of the 2.83km road construction including 1 sea bridge (1,170m) and 1 underpass (340m). The construction period is 48 months from commencement.
