Daelim Wins Busan Banyeo District 4 Housing Reconstruction Project

Daelim won the Busan District 4 Housing Reconstruction Project on Oct. 27. The project involves building 557 units of APT complex with 5 buildings (3 floors underground, 34 floors aboveground).
The total contract amount is KRW 101.7 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim will perform the project alone. The project will be commenced in July 2012 and completed in February 2024.
