Daelim Inks Contract for Construction Project for Yeosu City Hak-dong Local Housing Association

Daelim inked a contract for building the Yeosu Hak-dong local housing association’s public housing located in Yeosu on October 5. The contract amount is KRW 130.3 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim will perform the construction alone.
The project involves building 821 units of apartments in 9 buildings (3 floors underground and 16-25 floors aboveground) at 1, Hak-dong, Yeosu City, South Jeolla Province. The project is slated to start in April 2019.
