Daelim entered the market for public housing construction-responsible type CM project for the first time ever in the Daelim Group, having won the Boryeong Myeongcheon A1 plus Gyeryong Daeshil 2BL APT construction project in that mode.
This project is a construction model wherein a construction company participates from the design phase and reflects the predicted difficulties and construction know-how to the design in advance. Through this, construction period extension and additional cost due to design change can be reduced by minimizing the design change factors.
This project is a package mode wherein two construction sites are combined: 1,382 units in Boryeong Myeongcheon Housing Lot Development District in Myeongcheon-dong, Boryeong City and 615 units in Gyeryong Daeshil Urban Development Zone in Duma-myeon, Gyeryong City. The total construction amount is KRW 180.7 billion (VAT-inclusive), and Daelim’s stake is 50% (KRW 88.5 billion).
