Daelim Wins Namdaemun Office Building Project

Daelim won the Namdaemun office building construction project on April 27. The contract amount is KRW 200.2 billion (VAT-inclusive), and Daelim will be the sole contractor.
The project involves constructing a business compound building with 8 floors underground and 28 floors aboveground at 243, 5-ga, Namdaemun-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul. The project is slated to kick off in July this year, and the construction duration is 33 months.
