Daelim Wins Goyang Logistics Park Project
 

Daelim won the Goyang Logistics Park construction project on April 5. The project will be jointly carried out with Shinsegae E&C, and the construction cost is KRW 137.5 billion (including VAT). Daelim’s stake is 60% (KRW 82.5 billion).

The project involves building a large logistics center (1 floor underground, 7 floors aboveground) in Wonheung-dong, Deokyang-gu, Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province. Global funds including Dutch and Canadian pension funds and US-based Warburg Pincus private equity fund are investing in the project. Commencing in April 2017, the project is expected to be finished within 22 months with completion targeted for January 2019.
