Daelim’s Jeju Nanta Park construction site obtained use approval from the client on December 26. Jeju Nanta Park has been successfully completed within 20 months of its construction commencement in April 2015. The project involved building a large-scale park consisting of a performance hall and a hotel at 10-1, Odeung-dong, Jeju City.

Daelim built a hotel with 204 rooms on 2 floors underground and 5 floors aboveground with
12,231㎡ total floor area and a performance hall with 3,636㎡ total floor area. The performance hall will be used as Nanta performance hall in the future, and performances will be shown for domestic and international tourists visiting Jeju Island.
