Daelim won the contract to build the e-Pyunhan Sesang APT complex ordered by Kukje Asset Trust on November 18. The total contract amount is KRW 109 billion (excluding VAT), and the Building Business Division’s stake is 75%; Daelim Corporation’s stake is 25%
.
The project involves building 659 APT units in 8 buildings with 2 floors underground and 35 floors aboveground around Incheon Grand Park at 361-1, Daeya-dong, Siheung-si. This is the third complex to which Daelim’s new plane house, D. House, is applied. Construction will run for 31 months from December 2016 to June 2019.
