Daelim won the Goyang Samsong Phase 3 Studio APT project ordered by MDM+ on November 2. The contract amount is KRW 216.1 billion (including VAT), and the project is scheduled to kick off in December 2016, to be completed in April 2019.
The project involves constructing 10 buildings for 1,424 studio apartment units and commercial facilities with 2 floors underground and 26-27 floors aboveground. The complex will shape the e-Pyunhan Sesang brand town together with e-Pyunhan Sesang City Samsong Phases 1 and 2, which are currently under construction.
