Daelim Awarded Contract to Construct Section 1 of Busan Eco Delta City Phase II

Daelim was awarded a contract to construct Section 1 of the 2nd Phase of Busan Eco Delta City ordered by K-Water on August 18. The total contract amount is KRW 111.3 billion (including VAT), and Daelim’s stake is 50% (KRW 55.7 billion).
The project involves shaping the housing site of Busan Eco Delta City, an eco-friendly city to be built in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan. Daelim’s Civil Engineering Business Division is set to improve the approx. 4,484,000㎡ site and construct water supply and drainage and roads. The construction period is approximately 60 months.
