Daelim Wins Ilgwang District 3BL Private Sector-Participating Public Housing Project

Daelim was selected as the preferred bidder of the Ilgwang District 3BL private sector-participating public housing project ordered by Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC). The total contract amount is KRW 158.7 billion (VAT inclusive), and Daelim won the project alone.
The project is the first private sector-contested project ordered by BMC, and it involves building 913 unit APTs in 10 buildings with 1 floor underground and 25 floors aboveground. The construction will be commenced in September 2017 and will be completed in December 2019.
