Daelim Wins Order for Namyangju Dasan Jingeon Public Housing Project

Daelim won on July 25 an order for the private sector-participatory Dasan Jingeon A2 and B5 Blocks Public Housing Project ordered by Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation. The total contract amount is KRW 177.4 billion (VAT-exclusive). Daelim’s stake is 70% (KRW 124.2 billion).
The project consists of two construction sites: A2 Block located at the center of Dasan New Town subway influential area, and B5 Block, which is adjacent to a park and where the transportation network is excellent. The A2 Block consists of 5 buildings with 974 units, and the B5 Block consists of 5 buildings with 491 units. The construction is slated to start in January 2017 and is expected to be completed in March 2019.
