Daelim Wins Busan Beomcheon District 4 Housing Redevelopment Project

Daelim won the Busan Beomcheon District 4 Housing Redevelopment Project on July 9. The contract amount is KRW 490.8 billion; Daelim’s stake is 55% or KRW 269.9 billion (excluding VAT), Hoban Construction’s stake is 25%, and Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction’s stake is 20%.
The project involves constructing 21 buildings for 2,567 APT units and 139 studio-type APT units with 5 floors underground and 38 floors aboveground at 1269-15, Beomcheon-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan. Beomcheon District 4 is located within 1km from Seomyeon, Busan’s central commercial district, and it can share Seomyeon’s shopping and medical facilities. The construction will be commenced in November 2018 and will be completed in October 2021.
