Daelim Bags New Stay-Associated Reorganization Project in Busan Wooam 2 District

Daelim was selected as the construction company for the housing lot redevelopment project in Busan Wooam 2 District and the preferred bidder for the rental business. The contract amount is KRW 513.8 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim will be the exclusive contractor.
Wooam 2 District is a New Stay-Associated Housing Redevelopment project designated by MOLIT in February 2016. The 2,219 units, except the association members’ units, will be bought from the association and will be rented for 8 years after construction completion. The project scale is 22 buildings each with 4 floors underground and 35 floors aboveground, for a total of 3,015 APT units. The site is located at 118 Wooam-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, and the project will be started in October 2018 and completed in August 2021.
