Daelim Wins Sejong 2-1 M5 & Pyeongtaek Sosabeol B1 Block Public Housing Projects

Daelim was selected as the preferred bidder for Sejong 2-M M5 and Pyeongtaek Sosabeol B1 Block Public Housing projects on June 24. The total construction amount is KRW 363.0 billion, and Daelim’s stake is KRW 199.7 billion (VAT-exclusive).
The two projects were actually ordered as a package project. Daelim will build 1,823 APT units in all: 1,257 units in Sejong City and 566 units in Pyeongtaek City. The former involves constructing 15 buildings each with 1 floor underground~29 floors aboveground in Sejong City, and the latter, 6 buildings each with 1 floor underground~25 floors aboveground in Pyeongtaek Sosabeol.
The construction sites are 2-1 Dajeong-dong, Sejong Metropolitan Autonomous City and public housing lot in Sosabeol, Pyeongtaek City. Construction period is from June 2016 to March 2019. By winning this project together with the Jingeon, Misa, Seochang, Wirye, and Changwon Jaeun projects that Daelim won before, Daelim is enhancing its status in the public housing projects ordered by public institutions.
