Daelim Wins Hongeun Housing 1 Reconstruction Project

Daelim and Korea Development won the Hongeun Housing 1 Reconstruction Project on June 4, 2016. The construction cost is KRW 92.5 billion (VAT-exclusive); Daelim’s stake is 70% (KRW 64.8 billion), and Korea Development’s stake is 30% (KRW 27.7 billion).
This project will build seven 480-unit buildings with 4 floors underground and 28 floors aboveground. The site is located at 104-10 Hongeun-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. The project will be commenced in May 2018 and completed in December 2020.
