Daelim won an order to build Simmons headquarters and production and logistics facilities on April 28. The construction amount is KRW 30.5 billion (excluding VAT).
The project, which involves constructing business, production, and logistics facilities with 3 floors aboveground and total floor area of 10,308 pyong, will be commenced in mid-May 2016 and completed in May 2017.
