Daelim Wins Jeju Myths and History Theme Park Hotel Project

Daelim won the zone A, phase 1 hotel construction project for Jeju Myths and History Theme Park. The total construction cost is KRW 566.0 billion (VAT inclusive), and Daelim’s stake is KRW 283.0 billion (50%).
This project has been ordered by Landing Jeju, a joint venture between Hong Kong’s Landing Group and Genting Singapore with 50% stake each. The project involves building condos, theme park, and hotels at San 24-6, Seogwang-ri, Andeuk-myeon, Seoguipo-si, Jeju-do.
The hotels to be built will consist of 7 buildings with 2 floors underground and 5 floors aboveground, having 1,313 units in all. They include three-star, four-star, and five-star hotels accompanied by casino and MICE facilities. The construction will start early February this year and is scheduled to be completed in August 2017. Daelim expects additional orders from the Myths and History Theme Park project through this phase 1 project.
