Daelim Bags Contract to Build Anseong BMW Logistics Center

Daelim won the project to build the Anseong BMW Korea Logistics Center. The project involves building the one-story, 57,163㎡ logistics center. The construction duration and cost are 13 months and KRW 31.9 billion (including VAT), respectively. After completion of construction at the end of January 2017, the logistics center is expected to be used as the integrated parts logistics center of BMW Korea for ten years.
The project is the first of its kind won by the Logistics Operation Team of Daelim since the team’s establishment. This project is particularly meaningful because it was won through the cooperation among a financial institution, a lessee, a developer, and a construction company as partners.
