Groundbreaking Ceremony of First New Stay Site ePyunhan Sesang Dohwa

Some 300 people including Korean President Park Geun-hye, Land, Infrastructure, and Transport Minister Yu Il-ho, Incheon Mayor Yoo Jeong-bok, and confirmed occupants attended the ceremony.
President Park toured the model house guided by Daelim Honorary Chairman Lee Jun-yong. “e-Pyunhan Sesang Dohwa will contribute to the stability of the rental market with high-quality rental housing through which various residential services can be received,” she said.
The 2,105-unit e-Pyunhan Sesang Dohwa consists of 25 buildings each with 2 floors underground and 29 floors aboveground. Occupancy is scheduled for February 2018. The rate of apartment applications on September 4 and 5 was 5.5:1, heralding the successful start of the New Stay Project.
