Daelim Wins Suwon Venture Valley II Project
Daelim won the KRW 77.6-billion (VAT-inclusive) Suwon Venture Valley II (Knowledge Industry Center) project ordered by Suwon Hi-Tech Ventures Valley on July 17, 2015. This is Daelim’s second knowledge industry center project, following the Hanam Misa-Centumbiz project.
This project is implemented with the active support of Suwon City as part of the city’s small businesses support activities. Daelim is scheduled to construct exclusively the knowledge industry center and neighborhood convenience facilities with 2 floors underground and 8 floors aboveground. Construction will run for 20 months from September 2015 to May 2017.
