Daelim won the Yeongdeungpo J&S Studio APT construction project on May 29, 2010. The total contract amount is KRW 50 billion, and construction duration is 30 months beginning the end of this month.
The project involves building a 572-unit studio APT building with 7 floors underground and 19 floors aboveground including neighborhood living facilities at 870 Gyeongin-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. Daelim will carry out the construction, with the developer taking charge of lease and operation.
