Bird view Daelim won the 2nd-phase ePyunhan Sesang APT project on May 19, 2015. The contract amount is KRW 124 billion, and the project is expected to be completed in August 2017 after construction starts in July this year.
This project involves building APTs around 40-1, Gupyeong-dong, Saha-gu, Busan Metropolitan City; it is connected with the 1st-phase e-Pyunhan Sesang Saha APTs currently constructed by Daelim. The complex size is 946 units in 8 buildings with 3 floors underground and 29 floors aboveground. As for the units per exclusive use area, there are 335 units measuring 59㎡, 375 units sized 74㎡, and 536 units measuring 84㎡.
