Daelim Helps in Relief Efforts by Visiting Earthquake-Damaged Areas in Nepal

The relief team distributes ramen and rice to the residents around the construction site.
Daelim has been helping in relief efforts in Nepal since May 1, 2015 by sending a relief team composed of head office executives and employees and Tirshuli Hydropower Plant construction site employees. The relief team has delivered rice, ramen, blankets, etc., locally prepared in Nepal for the residents around the construction site and who were victimized by the earthquake. The team has also delivered medical supplies brought from Korea to the UN and Red Cross for the treatment of the injured.
Daelim Director Seo Young-hwa, who leads the relief team, has conveyed the will of Daelim management to do their best to help cure Nepal resident’s wounds caused by the earthquake, during a meeting with ambassador to Nepal Choi Yong-jin. For his part, Ambassador Choi expressed gratitude to Daelim for sending the relief team as the first to do so among Korean companies.
