Daelim won the e Pyunhan Sesang Yongin Suji APT construction project on October 29, 2014. The contract amount is KRW 205 billion (excluding VAT), and construction and APT sales are scheduled to commence in March 2015 and will be completed in August 2017.View of e Pyunhan Sesang Suji APT This project involves building 11 APT buildings with 2 floors underground and 30 floors aboveground, including neighborhood convenience facilities, at 509-3 Pungdeukcheon-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do. The APT complex consists of 1244 APT units and 255 studio APT units.
