Daelim Wins Haeundae Woo-dong Service Residence Construction Project

Daelim won a project to construct Haeundae Woo-dong Service Residence together with Daelim I&S ordered by Seoho Development on August 28, 2014. The contract amount is KRW 128.7 billion (including VAT), and the stakes of Daelim and Daelim I&S are 90% and 10%, respectively. The construction period is 38 months from September 2014 to October 2017.
This project involves building service residence buildings (towers) with 560 units in all, with each of the 2 towers having 5 floors underground and 39 floors aboveground. Daelim is developing a new business area through this living-type accommodation facility, i.e., service residence, for the first time, adding to its many hotel and condominium construction achievements.
