Daelim Wins New Dormitory Building Construction Project of Ewha Womans University

Daelim won a contract to build new dormitory buildings for Ewha Womans University on July 30, 2014. The project involves building 6 buildings with total floor area of 61,117m2. Consisting of 4 floors underground and 5 floors aboveground each, the buildings can accommodate 2,359 students. The construction period is from August 2014 to February 2016, and the contract amount is KRW 98 billion (including VAT).

When the new dormitory buildings are completed, more than 4,000 students in all can be accommodated by adding 1,700 students as the existing accommodation size; thus raising the dormitory accommodation rate from 8.4% to 20%. The Daelim Architecture Business Division laid the foundation for participating in the projects ordered by the university by winning this project.
