Daelim was named preferential negotiator for the Pyeongtaek Shinheung District Urban Development Project on July 17, 2014. At least KRW 196.8 billion (excluding VAT) of the contract amount is for apartment complex construction, and KRW 15.7 billion, for site shaping (including VAT). Daelim will perform this project alone.This project involves building 1,348 units of apartments consisting of 20 buildings, each with 2 floors underground and 20~21 floors aboveground, at 306 Yongi-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do and shaping 210,122m2 of the site. The project will kick off in the first half of 2015, targeting completion in the second half of 2017.
