Daelim Wins Hwaseong Banwol District 4 APT Construction Project
Daelim and Samho won the project to construct Hwaseong Banwol District 4 APT Complex ordered by Korea Asset Investment Trust on June 30, 2014. The contract amount is KRW 190.4 billion (excluding VAT); Daelim’s stake is 70%, and Samho’s stake is 30%.
The project will involve constructing 12 APT buildings with 1 floor underground and 28 floors aboveground on a 197,958㎡site at 517 Banwol-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do. A total of 1,387 households will move into the APT complex. Construction duration is 2 years and 3 months, with the project slated to be completed in December 2016.
