Daelim Bags Yuwon Jeil APT 1 Housing Reconstruction Project

Daelim Housing’s Biz Division bagged the Yuwon Jeil APT 1 Housing Reconstruction Project on Sep. 27. The project involves building 554-unit apartments in 8 buildings with 3 floors underground and 25 floors aboveground at 91, 4-ga, Dangsan-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The contract amount is KRW 126 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim will carry out the construction alone. The project site is located in Dangsan-dong between Yeouido and Mok-dong, and the location conditions including transportation, living, and development plan are excellent in addition to an elementary school nearby (300m). The project is to commence in February 2022 and is planned to be completed in Oct. 2024. In the general assembly to select the construction company, Daelim promised successful reconstruction based on its outstanding technological capabilities.
