Sangam Data Center Hosts Site Groundbreaking Ceremony

The Sangam Data Center Site held a groundbreaking ceremony on June 11. The project involves constructing a building with 2 floors underground and 11 floors aboveground whose total floor area is 15,140m2 (4,580 pyeong) at 1588, Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, including preparing the equipment required for data center operation. The project is scheduled to be completed in February 2022. The client, Digital Reality, is a US-based data center possession, development, and operation company and is one of the world’s top companies in the data center field. Through the Sangam Data Center Project, the company plans to expand business in Korea, an IT powerhouse. Daelim won the project through a strategic technical proposal.
