The Daelim Housing Business Division won the Bangbae Samik Apartment Reconstruction and Maintenance Project on May 24. The contract amount is KRW 231.4 billion (VAT-exclusive), and Daelim will construct it alone. The project involves building 721 units of an apartment complex (8 buildings) with 5 floors underground and 27 floors aboveground at 1018-1, Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. The project site is located in Bangbae-dong, the most preferred location in Seoul’s Gangnam region. Its location conditions are excellent including good transportation, education, and everyday life infrastructure and promising future development plans. The project is slated to kick off in August 2021 and is targeted for completion in June 2024.
