Daelim Wins Phase 1 Section 3 Contract of Saemangeum South-North Axis 2 Road Project

Daelim won the phase 1 section 3 construction contract for the Saemangeum South-North Axis 2 Road project ordered by the Saemangeum Development and Investment Agency on May 24. The construction amount is KRW 341.4 billion (VAT inclusive), and Daelim’s stake is 45% (KRW 153.6 billion).
Bridge uniquely shaped like reverse arch
Through the contract, 1 bridge and 1 grade junction will be built on the 3km road section in Baekryeon-ri, Haseo-myeon, Buan-gun, Jeonbuk. One feature of the project is the design of a bridge shaped like reverse arch. The project is slated to kick off in November, and construction will run for 1,825 days from the commencement day.
